Mary Spencer helps school leaders and operational staff create and sustain safe and compliant learning environments for students and staff that meet quality assurance and accreditation standards. These are accomplished through the evaluation of and improvements in organizational processes, quality of service, efficiency, and ensuring that ongoing learning and development are valued elements of the school’s workforce experience. Yael’s background is in architecture, operations, and project management.

She has over 20 years of management and leadership experience and has been directly engaged in business enterprises, including startups, on three continents. Her deep roots in education come from serving as a Vice Principal-Facilities and Project Management, a long commitment as a school board member and committee chair both in private and public education and a school accreditation team member for the Middle States Association.

She holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Diploma in Architecture, MSc in International Management from Liverpool University and recently completed her PhD research in Gender and Workforce Diversity at the RMIT University. Based in Australia, Mary loves hiking and bushwalking, long road trips, and 4W drive adventures.
