Michael career started with Ernst and Young, one of the big “4”Chartered Accounting firms. He has held senior executive managerial positions such CEO, CFO GM in several  leading organizations. He has over 35 years’ experience in the areas of Finance, Auditing, Strategic Planning, Feasibility Studies, Corporate Valuations, General Management and Taxation.

 

His breath of experience covers: the  Industrial, Service, Trading, Oil & Gas sectors in the Caribbean, UK & GCC. He has been on the Boards of Directors of several companies in the Caribbean and the Middle East.

 

Some of the key highlights of his career includes: Major involvement in the Initial Public Offer (IPO) of a leading Grain company in the Caribbean, the setting up of companies in the Industrial, Agri business, Food and Service Industries in the UAE for a major Abu Dhabi based Group and the implementation of VAT for Manufacturing and Milling companies in the Caribbean.
